Delivery

Your firewood will be left in a safe location at your premises. You are responsible for how you store and use your product. We do not accept responsibility for the safety and security of your delivery if nobody is home to accept it. We aim to deliver on the next working day but this may not always be possible due to circumstances that may arise. 

Use and care

Once your firewood or other product is delivered all use, care and maintenance will be undertaken by you and we will not be responsible for this. We are not responsible for any insects or creatures in plant material nor for any damage that may occur as a result.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Firewood sizes are approximate and will not be grounds for a refund. If there is a defect please notify us in writing within 24 hours after delivery along with a photo and description. We want you to be happy so please contact us if there are any issues and we'll be happy to help resolve them.
